Sober Living – The Serenity House

About The Serenity House

The Serenity House is a sober living program provided in partnership with Future Promises Foundation, offering structured, supportive housing for individuals committed to maintaining their recovery. Located in Dover, Delaware, our home provides a safe, affordable, and accountability-driven environment for individuals transitioning from treatment or working to sustain sobriety.

Sober living is more than a roof over your head. It’s about creating stability, building healthy routines, and living alongside others who are on the same journey toward long-term recovery.

What We Offer
  • Shared Recovery Housing
Residents live in shared rooms within a furnished home that accommodates 12 to 18 individuals. Housing is $600/month, including utilities, with access to all common areas and support services.

  • Phased Program Model
Residents move through three phases—Stabilization, Integration, and Independent Living—with program reviews every 90 days to support growth and accountability.

  • Case Management
On-site and off-site case management services help residents navigate employment, education, legal needs, healthcare, and community reintegration.

  • Connection to Clinical Services
All residents are required to participate in outpatient care, such as individual therapy, IOP, or psychiatric services, through Serenity Health & Recovery or another approved provider.

  • Structured Rules & Accountability
The home enforces curfews, random drug screenings, and a community code of conduct to ensure a safe and sober environment.

  • Peer Support & Community
Living with others in recovery helps reduce isolation, promote accountability, and offer daily encouragement through shared experiences.
